Day of the wedding

  • 12 hour assistance and coordination on day of wedding
  • Personal flowers pick up from flower shop (within reasonable travel distance)
  • Bride and Groom small cake and/or dessert cupcakes pick up from bakery (within reasonable travel distance)
  • Delivery and set up of bridal party meal/snacks to requested location
  • Coordination of arrival and departure timeliness for bridal party transportation
  • Distribution of personal flowers to wedding party, family, and specified guests
  • Assistance with bride and groom first look                            
  • Supervision of vendor setup for ceremony and reception
